Hi, my name is Victor. I work for NCE Homecare, and I am a CNA. I’m also a nursing student. And I also practice and teach mindfulness and meditation. In this video, I wanted to share some tips and tools that I use to stay calm in the midst of chaos.
I’m noticing that a lot of people are experiencing a lot of fear and anxiety based off these current conditions. And while it’s normal to feel anxious and fear from time to time, it is not a healthy, I need to explain his experience on a constant basis. It can really affect your health and your well being. So for those of us who work in health care, it is super important for us to cultivate the sense of calm and peace for those that we’re taking care of, and most importantly for ourselves. Stay here. Stay calm. Stay in the present moment.
